Bindmax C201 Press Binder
Bindmax C201 is a prepolymer based and single component binder with aromatic nature. It is used in the production of rubber tiles, SBR rolls and is suitable for molded productions. It binds the granules together and after mixing with the granule, it allows to be applied temperature and pressure. It is environment and user friendly with its solvent free formula.

In mold (press) applications: Rubber granules and Bindmax are mixed and poured into the mold to be processed. After the necessary corrections are made in the mold, pressure and temperature are applied. 160 bar pressure and 160°C may be sufficient for an application in the range of 12-15 minutes. The quality of the rubber granules affects the flexibility, and the dimensions affect the consumption.
