Bindmax C103 Aliphatic Binder
Bindmax C103 is a prepolymer based and single component binder with aliphatic nature. It is used to bond EPDM or SBR granules to each other by curing with air. Due to its aliphatic structure, it minimizes possible color changes in EPDM granules. It can be used in children’s playgrounds, parks, sports floors, walking paths. Also, it can be applied as a decorative flooring in other areas such as offices. It is environment and user friendly with its solvent free formula.

Wet Pour (in situ) applications: Necessary floor preparations must be made before the application. The floor must be flat, free from oil, dirt and various chemicals. The application should be done at temperatures between 5°C – 30°C, under normal conditions, and no different substance should be added to the product content. It is applied to the floor by mixing with rubber granules according to the Bindmax mixing ratio. The floor is smoothed with the finisher and waited for curing.
