Sandwich System - Sport Flooring System
Saras Sandwich sports floor system consists of polyurethane, elastic coating material and EPDM application on top of the SBR pouring application. Suitable for professional athletics tracks. The most preferred type of tartan flooring systems is the sandwich system. Due to its high shock absorbency and flexible structure, it protects the athletes and creates a comfortable sports field. Suitable for use with spiked shoes, Saras Sandwich system provides a safe floor. It can be applied with a roller instead of pouring. In addition, “spray system” and “full pour” system alternatives are possible if all layers are applied as pouring.

The floor on which the application will be made must be free from chemicals, dust and dirt. The floor must be smooth, dry and free of moisture. The application should be done at temperatures between 5°C – 30°C, under normal conditions and no different substance should be added to the product contents. All layers in the system content should be applied according to the consumption information. Required curing times should be waited between coats, sanding should be done between each coat.
